Immediate Implant Placement and Immediate Implant Loading

Immediate Placement means the implant is placed right after the tooth is removed, in the same visit.
Immediate Load means a temporary tooth is attached to that implant the same day.

you leave with a tooth in place—not a gap and not a removable replacement.

So:

Immediate Placement means the implant is placed the day the tooth comes out.

Immediate Load means the temporary tooth is placed the same day.

Together, they allow extraction, implant, and temporary tooth to be completed in one visit.
