ALL-on-X

“All-on-X” refers to replacing all the teeth in one jaw (upper or lower) using a set number of dental implants—the “X” simply means the number of implants needed, usually 4 to 6.
The idea is:
all your new teeth sit on a small number of implants.

So:

  • “All-on-4” = all the teeth supported by 4 implants
  • “All-on-6” = all the teeth supported by 6 implants
  • “All-on-X” = customized number of implants based on your bone and needs

It’s a flexible approach that allows Dr.Lyssova to choose the ideal number and position of implants for the most stable, long-lasting result.

Patient 1: Case Overview:

Full Arch Rehabilitation with Zirconia Bridges
The patient presented with an upper full-arch fixed acrylic bridge supported by six implants and a lower removable overdenture retained by two implants. Over time, the lower denture had fractured and been repaired multiple times, and the acrylic teeth on the upper bridge showed signs of chipping and wear.

To improve long-term durability, function, and esthetics, two additional implants were placed in the lower arch. Both the upper and lower prostheses were replaced with custom full-arch zirconia fixed bridges, offering superior strength, stability, and a highly esthetic result.

This comprehensive solution restored comfort and confidence, while significantly reducing future maintenance needs.
